I can't sign up for a free trial or for an Audible membership There might be several reasons you're unable to sign up, such as: You have already had a free trial You will not be eligible for a free 30-day trial if you have already taken a free trial in the last 12 months.Note: If you sign up through the Audible app for Android, you will not be able to take the free trial, but you will be charged regular monthly price immediately. Your membership charge has not processed yet It could be that your membership charge hasn’t processed yet. When you sign up for the 30-day free trial or an Audible membership, our system sends an authorisation request to your bank to confirm that your credit or debit card is a validpayment method. Once the card is authorised, you will be enrolled in the free trial and will have 1 credit in your account.If the credit or debit card is not authorised, you will need to update your payment information by following these steps: While signed in, go to Manage credit cards.Select Edit next to the card you’d like to update.Edit the information in the open text fields.Select Save. Your card has expired If you haven’t been able to activate your Audible membership yet, it could be that your credit or debit card has expired. You can verify the expiry date of your card and update your payment method anytime on Manage credit cards.Note: If your membership is billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store you will need to contact Apple or Google for support.
