You can get a copy of your Audible data or submit a request to permanently close your account and delete your data anytime.

How can I request a copy of my personal data?

1. Go to Amazon’s Request My Data page.
2. Make sure you’re signed in to your account.
3. Select Audible from the drop-down menu.
4. Select on Submit Request.

Note: Check the email associated with your account for a confirmation notification. You need to reply to this email within 5 days to verify your request. 

How can I close my account and delete my data?

It’s not possible to close your Audible account and delete your Audible data without also closing and deleting the data associated with your Amazon account. You can also unsubscribe from Audible communications. 

Delete your Amazon and Audible accounts

1. Go to Amazon’s Close Your Amazon Account page.
2. Make sure you’re signed in to the account you want to close.
3. Check the box next to “Yes, I want to permanently close my Amazon account and delete my data”.
4. Select Close my account to confirm.

Note:

• A confirmation will be sent to the email address associated to your account. You’ll need to reply within 5 days to verify your request. 
• If you delete your Amazon and Audible accounts, you'll lose access to all titles in your Audible Library.
