How can I unsubscribe from Audible marketing emails?

On desktop

1. Go to the Audible site and sign in.
2. Select your username from the site’s top navigation.
3. Select Account details.
4. Select Notifications.
5. Deselect communication references based on your preferences—or unsubscribe to them all.

 

On mobile web

1. Go to the Audible site and sign in.
2. Select the main menu.
3. Select your name.
4. Select Notifications within the Your account section.
5. Deselect communication references based on your preferences—or unsubscribe to them all.

 

In the app

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select your Settings gear icon.
3. Select Email notifications within the Notifications section.
4. Deselect communication references based on your preferences—or unsubscribe to them all.

 

How can I tell if an email is from Audible?

Emails from Audible will never ask you for personal information. If you receive a suspicious email, here are some tips to determine if it's an email from Audible.com.au Never open any attachments or select a link if you think the email is suspicious.

Note: If the "from" line of the email contains an Internet Service Provider (ISP) other than @audible.com.au or @amazon.com.au, then it's a fraudulent email.

Suspicious emails not from Audible.com.au may contain:

• An order confirmation for an item you didn't purchase or an attachment to an order confirmation
• Requests for your Audible.com.au username and/or password, or other personal information
• Requests to update payment information
• Links to websites that look like Audible.com.au, but aren't Audible
• Attachments or prompts to install software on your computer
• Typos or grammatical errors
• Forged email addresses to make it look like the email is coming from Audible
