You can access the narration speed setting right from your player. The default setting is 1.0x, but you can customize your speed based on whether you want to hear the narration slower or faster and also set a different narration speed for each title in your library.

How can I change the narration speed for a particular title?

You can set an individual narration speed in the app for each title in your library. That speed will be saved for that title across apps.

In the app

1. Select a title to play.
2. Open your player.
3. Select the Speed icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. Choose your desired setting.

How can I change the default narration speed?

Changing the narration speed in your app Player settings will make this your default speed for all new listens.

In the app Player settings

1. Select Profile.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Player.
4. Select Narration Speed.
5. Choose your desired setting.
6. Select Close.

Note: You can set a different default speed per device, for example a default speed of 1.75x on your phone but 1.25x on your tablet.

1. Select a title to play.
2. Select Play.
3. Select the Speed icon at the bottom of the Player.
4. Choose your desired setting.
