You can update your account information by visiting Settings within your Account details on the Audible website.

Note: Your information can’t be updated on the app at this time.

How do I update my account information on Audible?

Follow these steps if you need to change your name, password, or email on your Audible account:

1. On the Audible site, tap your name and select Account Details.
2. Select Update settings.
3. Select Edit. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. You can edit the following information:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Primary mobile number
   • Password
5. Follow any on-screen instructions to edit your information.
6. Select Save changes. 

How do I change my Audible username?

1. On the Audible site, go to My Account.
2. Select Update settings.
3. Select Edit next to Your listener profile.
4. Enter your new display name.
5. Select Save.

How do I see which email address is associated with my account? 

To find and view your Audible account email address, follow these steps: 

In the app

1. Open the Audible app and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Select the Settings gear icon.
4. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page to a block of text in smaller print under the “Sign out” button.
5. You’ll see the email address associated with your account listed there.

On desktop

1. Go to the Audible site and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Select your name in the site’s top navigation..
3. Select My Account.
4. Select Update settings.

From here, you can select Edit to update your account settings (name, email, and password) on Amazon.

On mobile web

1. Select the main menu.
2. Select your name. 
3. Select Update settings.
4. The email address associated with your account will show under Your Account Settings.

For security, passwords cannot be displayed, but if you do not have access to your account and need to reset your password, visit Reset your password.
