Due to this, a title that was previously included with your membership may not be available anymore. Contact Audible Customer Support for assistance with your missing titles. There are a few reasons why you’re not seeing a title or recent purchase or selection in your Library. After completing a purchase or selection, there may be a few minutes where an audiobook does not appear in your Library on the Audible site or in the app. If after waiting for some time, your audiobook still hasn’t been delivered, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.An overview of missing title issues I cannot find a purchase, selection or title in my Library Refresh your Library You can refresh your Library by swiping down from the top of the screen until you see the spinning circle (that means it’s refreshing). In case you need to do a manual reset follow the steps in Manage your Library. Check your marketplace You may be signed in to the wrong Audible marketplace. If that’s the case, none of your titles will be available to listen to. Sign out and then sign in to the Audible marketplace where you made your purchasesor selections. Open the Audible app.Go to your Profile.Select the Settings gear icon.Scroll down and select Sign Out twice.Select Sign in once and you'll be brought to the welcome screen.Select Marketplace at the bottom of the welcome screen to Audible .com.au.Return to your Library and check to see if your title is now there. If your title is not there, it may be that you made your purchase in a different marketplace (for example Audible .com or Audible .co.uk). In this case, you will need to verify if you are registered in another Audible marketplace . Sign out and sign back in You may simply need to sign out and sign back in to your account: Open the Audible app.Go to your Profile.Select the Settings gear icon.Scroll down and select Sign Out twice.Select Sign in once and you'll be brought to the welcome screen.Select Marketplace at the bottom of the welcome screen to Audible .com.au.Tap Sign In and enter your email address and password.Return to your Library and check to see if your title is now there. For more information, see Can’t sign in or out. Check your archive It could be that the title you’re looking for has been archived. Follow these steps to remove the title from your archive: Open the Audible app.Select Library.Select Lists at the top of the screen.Select Hidden.Select the title’s 3-dot menu.Select Remove from list.Return to your Library and check to see if your title is now there. Apply new filters Our filters allow you to change the way you view your titles in the app so you can find what you need faster. For example, you can set a filter so that you see only the titles you haven't started yet. Go to your Library.Select All.Select All titles.Select the sort icon (up and down arrows) to open up a menu of options: RecentLengthTitleAuthorRelease date Check your purchase history on the Audible site Your default payment method may not have gone through—or you may have not hit Complete purchase to finalize the order. You can check to see if this is the case by visiting the Audible site and going to your Purchase history within your account to see if an order was declined.
